Diagnostic Tests <p>Your evaluation typically begins with an appointment with an epileptologist (a neurologist with special expertise in epilepsy), who will perform a complete neurologic history and examination. Depending on the results of this initial visit, your physician may order additional testing to further analyze the problem.
